			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>NEW YORK &#8211; 24/7 Real Media, Inc., WPP’s marketing technology company, announced the appointment of Nicolle Pangis to the new role of President, Europe. Pangis most recently served as 24/7 Real Media’s EVP, Global Media and Technology Product Management with responsibility for the overall health and growth of the global media and technology businesses. She will now lead all of 24/7 Real Media’s business operations in Europe including technology sales and operations, media businesses in France and the UK, and future activities in new European markets.<br />

“The growth opportunities for 24/7 Real Media in Europe and the U.K. are tremendous and we are fortunate to have an executive with Nicolle’s skill set and experience to grow our existing client base and expand our businesses in the region,” said David J. Moore, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 24/7 Real Media.</p>
<p>Pangis has spent most of her career at 24/7 Real Media, in two separate stints. Between the two, she received her MBA and worked at a technology start up. As Director of Global Deployment and Business Integration, she oversaw all global projects and the coordination of joint venture expansions, mainly in Asia. Nicolle coordinated the opening of DTSI, a joint venture between 24/7 Real Media and Dentsu in Korea. When 24/7 Real Media was acquired by WPP in 2007, Pangis led the team that ensured the company was properly integrated into the WPP ecosystem.</p>
<p>In running Global Media and Technology Product Management since 2007, Nicolle has overseen the launch of five new versions of the company’s proprietary ad serving technology, Open AdStream®; numerous partnership agreements and integrations and most recently the launch of 24/7 Connect and 24/7 Real Media’s real-time bidding capabilities.</p>
<p>“I am delighted to be moving into this new role and leading the expansion of our footprint in Europe and the U.K.,” said Pangis. “The landscape of digital marketing has become very complex and I look forward to working with our clients to grow their revenue opportunities by leveraging the impressive single platform solution we’ve developed over the past several years for publishers and advertisers.”</p>
<p>Pangis holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School. An active member of the IAB, she was instrumental in creating the IAB Networks and Exchanges Guidelines and currently serves as co-chair for the review and enforcement of these Guidelines in the industry.</p>
<p>Her new role is effective immediately.</p>

<p>NEW YORK &#8211; 24/7 Real Media’s Global Web Alliance of high quality publisher websites is one of the first 17 ad networks &amp; exchanges to certify against the <strong>IAB Networks &amp; Exchanges Quality Assurance Guidelines</strong> (QAG). The guidelines are an IAB initiative — steered by 24/7 Real Media’s Chairman, Founder and CEO, David J. Moore during his tenure as IAB Chairman — to provide greater transparency and build trust in the marketplace. Additionally, Nicolle Pangis, SVP, Product Management, Global Media and Technology at 24/7 Real Media, sits on the Steering Committee that helped create the guidelines.<br />

<p>This certification program is the first of its kind in the industry, striving to promote standardization and quality assurance in media buys on ad networks and exchanges. Certified networks receive a compliance seal from the IAB, which ensures that the company adheres to the only industry-established standards as outlined by the IAB QAG, finalized in June 2010.</p>
<p>24/7 Real Media underwent detailed guidelines training, conducted an intensive internal audit, and assigned a compliance officer to meet the stringent criteria set forth in the IAB’s Quality Assurance Guidelines. Compliant networks also agree to conduct quarterly internal tests of network inventory and media buys to maintain these quality standards.</p>
<p>With an official launch on April 4, 2011, the IAB announced 17 inaugural companies, including 24/7 Real Media, that achieved certification.</p>

<p>Jon Greenwood is promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In that capacity, Mr. Greenwood is responsible for the Company’s global corporate and legal strategy, including corporate development, global partnerships, privacy policy, litigation, and compliance matters. Omniture is partnering with leading ad networks and services to provide a solution that will help customers easily find and remarket to past visitors. The partnerships Omniture is developing include: 24/7 Real Media, FOX Audience Network, Tribal Fusion, Traffic Marketplace, and Collective – The Audience Engine. The company is also teaming with digital advertising technology company the Rubicon Project. This solution will be gradually introduced over the coming months.</p>

<p>Dominion Enterprises will be able to utilize the joint solution to serve relevant ads on its online properties through 24/7’s Open AdStream® platform, which are targeted to customized visitor segments created via Omniture SiteCatalyst. The custom segments are built based on data, such as time spent on site and number of return visits, that is shared between SiteCatalyst and Open AdStream. Publishers such as Dominion Enterprises can leverage Open AdStream’s intelligent ad decisioning and delivery capabilities to serve the most appropriate ad to users in each visitor segment, enabling maximum revenue generation for the publisher’s Web site. Data segments from Omniture SiteCatalyst are actionable in the Open AdStream platform, enabling publishers to deliver more relevant and targeted ads. To better understand how the defined visitor segments interact with particular ads, Dominion Enterprises measures advertising metrics such as impressions, clickthroughs, cost per click, cost per action and ad revenue as well as analytics metrics provided by Omniture SiteCatalyst and Open AdStream. Additionally, publishers can view segment, creative and other performance-based campaign metrics in the Open AdStream interface, and export that data to SiteCatalyst where campaign metrics are correlated with site-wide visitation metrics to provide deeper insight into campaign performance.
