Auditude Announces Online Video Advertising Partnership with Comcast Interactive Media


PALO ALTO, Calif. & PHILADELPHIA – Auditude, a leading video advertising management and monetization platform, announced that it has partnered with Comcast Interactive Media (CIM) to manage and serve CIM’s video advertising across its websites including Fancast, Fancast XFINITY TV and Comcast.net. The first implementation, which is now live, includes Fancast and Fancast XFINITY TV, with Comcast.net to follow. Auditude’s platform serves as the foundation to manage and integrate video advertising between CIM sites and its content partners.

MySpace and Auditude Partner With MTV Networks to Enable New Advertising Opportunities for User Uploaded Video


Patented Indexing and Ad Targeting Combine to Transform Audience-Posted Videos Into Advertising Revenue Opportunities for Content Owners

LOS ANGELES & PALO ALTO, Calif. – MySpace, the world’s premier social network, and Auditude, a new provider of patented online video advertising technology, today announced that they have partnered with MTV Networks, a division of Viacom (NYSE:VIA) (NYSE:VIA.B), to enable advertising opportunities within audience-uploaded videos across MySpace. Through this relationship, Auditude provides the opportunity for advertising to be inserted across a suite of MTV Networks’ most popular video content uploaded to MySpace, including clips from MTV and COMEDY CENTRAL, among others. This agreement enables all parties – publishers, content owners, advertisers, and fans – to benefit from the organic distribution of premium video on the Web.
