NEW YORK - The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) announced that its Board of Directors has elected a new Chairman, David J. Moore, Chairman & Founder of 24/7 Real Media, and Vice Chairman, Neil Ashe, President of CBS Interactive. Moore, who has served on the IAB’s Board of Directors and its Executive Committee since 2001, was elected Vice Chairman in June 2008. He became Acting Chair after Wenda Harris Millard resigned in April 2009, who had the role of Chair since February 2008. Ashe, who has served on the IAB Board of Directors since April 2007, assumes the role of Vice Chairman, previously held by Moore.

interCLICK Completes $2.5 Million Private Placement
