</div><p>DG supports Media and Advertising industry initiative to accelerate video asset identification and trackability standards</p>
<p>New York, NY &#8211; DG (NASDAQ: DGIT), the world’s leading multiscreen ad management company, announced today that it plans to adopt both Ad-ID and EIDR open-standard video asset identification registries within its core operations, and for the benefit of its clients. DG&#8217;s announcement follows its participation in the Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement&#8217;s (CIMM) Trackable Asset Cross-Platform Identification (TAXI) initiative, which encourages media and entertainment ecosystem companies to become &#8220;TAXI Compliant&#8221; by automating asset ID registration and ID flow-through from post-production through asset distribution, consumption and measurement.</p>
<p><span id="more-25176"></span></p>
<p>Participation in TAXI included unprecedented involvement of 28 media and entertainment entities from media agencies, advertisers, measurement companies, media outlets, and other vendors.</p>
<p>SAG-AFTRA and the ANA-4A&#8217;s Joint Policy Committee have also mandated the universal adoption of Ad-ID saying that all commercials produced for TV, radio and digital platforms must now use Ad-ID as the sole commercial identifier.</p>
<p>Because DG handles the vast majority of video advertising production, transcoding and distribution for US advertisers and agencies, DG&#8217;s plan to implement Ad-ID (the industry standard for identifying advertising assets across all media platforms) and EIDR (a global registry for unique identification of movie and TV content) registration and tagging procedures will be a media and advertising industry catalyst for realizing the benefits of automated media asset workflow and increased speed, transparency and accountability in cross-platform media campaign management and measurement.  DG recognizes the importance of technology and its impact on the media and entertainment business and will continue to foster development of industry standards that provide benefits to advertisers, agencies and media companies.</p>
<p>&#8220;One of the challenges we face is the incompatibility and inconsistency of data as it passes through different systems, hardware, software and networks, which are managed by different multichannel operators before reaching data processors,&#8221; said Harold Geller, Chief Growth Officer of Ad-ID. &#8220;Decisions made at each step impact data quality and comparability across data sets. Universal adoption of Ad-ID for all advertising assets will eliminate the guesswork in merging and comparing data from internal and a variety of external measurement sources. We need to set hardware, software and network standards so data are comparable, and able to pass the MRC audit and meet the needs of end users.&#8221;</p>

<p>Media &amp; Entertainment companies that participated in CIMM&#8217;s TAXI initiative universally agreed that advertisers, agencies and content companies need a simple, low-cost method for keeping track of content – both entertainment and advertising assets. Until TAXI, the industry had not come together around common asset identification methodology.</p>

<p>DG and other organizations that support the TAXI initiative are urging the entire media ecosystem to begin adoption according to the following implementation schedule:</p>
<ul>
<li>         Before the end of 2013, begin registering all newly-created video assets with the EIDR and Ad-ID registries</li>
<li>         Also this year, detail functional requirements and budgets for implementing ID flow-through within media asset management, delivery and distribution infrastructures</li>
<li>         Operationalize ID flow-through from post-production through distribution, consumption, measurement and reporting in 2014</li>

This represents a 9 percent gain from February 2013 and a 40 percent increase from March 2012, putting Forbes.com ahead, yet again, of its competitive set.</p>

<p>LOS ANGELES &#8211; OpenX Technologies, Inc. (OpenX), a global leader in digital and mobile advertising technology, launched Revenue Intelligence, a new service that will provide digital media companies with a groundbreaking, holistic approach to revenue management, combining content optimization and ad monetization for the first time in the industry. Specifically, Revenue Intelligence provides publishers with analysis and advisory services that values both digital content and advertising monetization in a uniquely comprehensive way in order to maximize revenue. Early users of Revenue Intelligence, including major newspaper chains and national magazines, have experienced revenue lifts of 30% to 90%. <p>Revenue Intelligence solves a major problem that has long plagued digital publishers. <p>As VP of Technology and Engineering, Durand will lead Genesis Media’s technology team in developing its core platform, video, mobile and data products. Durand will also be responsible for building out the NY-based technology team, key vendor selection, QA and managing core technology operations and infrastructure.</p>
<p>Before joining Genesis Media, Durand was the vice president of Client Operations for SelectMinds Inc., a company that specializes in social recruiting/community management software. At SelectMinds, which was acquired by Oracle, Durand managed a 15-person international client deployment department. The department was responsible for technology deployments, support and custom RFPs for products that constituted over 95 percent of the company&#8217;s revenues. </div><p>More than 14,000 contributors in the Tidal network now submit an average of 22,000 blog posts every week</p>
<p>New York, NY &#8211; Underscoring its ability to connect with and source content from the most influential bloggers, Tidal Labs (<a href="http://www.tid.al" target="_blank">http://www.tid.al</a>) announced that it has more than one million contributions in its system. The one millionth contribution comes as the Tidal network of contributors also continues to grow and now includes more than 14,000 bloggers submitting 22,000 pieces of content each week.</p>

<p>With the growing amount of content and contributors, the Tidal Community Platform makes it easy for Community Managers to discover relevant bloggers in the Tidal network, and review their contributions. <p>REDWOOD CITY, CA &#8211; YuMe, a leading independent provider of digital video brand advertising solutions, is now offering player targeting and reporting capabilities on its publisher platform across all screens. This update brings elements of the YuMe Placement Quality Index (PQI) algorithm to publishers for the first time, enabling them to better segment their own inventory based on the features of their video players and tune their offerings to advertiser needs.</p>

<p>Since 2011 YuMe has utilized factors such as player size to identify the most valuable and best matched impressions for advertiser campaigns. YuMe has now extended this Connected Audience Network targeting capability to existing and prospective publishers using YFP Pro. By matching player size, player location, and player visibility against direct sold campaigns, publishers can now better pair their offerings with advertiser needs based on individual publisher goals.</p>
<p>Advanced reporting capabilities on the same attributes help publishers better understand their inventory and the options they can make available as part of their direct sold and remnant monetization strategies. This is why YuMe has now enhanced its publisher platform with an expanded set of player targeting and reporting capabilities, based on three parameters:</p>
<p><b>Size</b>: offers a quick and simple way to separate out classes of inventory to yield higher net revenue.</p>
