adMarketplace Adds GroupM Veteran as Executive Director of Client Relations & Development

NEW YORK – adMarketplace, the first programmatic marketplace for search advertising, recently announced that John Tolson will join its sales and services team as executive director of client relations and development. With 20 years in digital media and marketing, and 10 years working with brands and agencies, Tolson brings extensive experience to adMarketplace.

In his new role, Tolson will oversee agency development. Prior to joining adMarketplace, Tolson served as a Managing Director and Senior Partner at GroupM. As a member of GroupM’s executive committee, Tolson provided strategic agency insight to the CEO and COO, and served as a liaison between GroupM and other M agencies including MindShare, MEC, Maxus, Mediacom and Metavision.
