New Role Will Lead Pricing, Packaging, Operations and Margin Management
SAN FRANCISCO - Federated Media Publishing, the conversational marketing pioneer and champion of content that fuels the social web, announced that it has appointed Chris Eberle as SVP and GM, Business Operations. In this position, Mr. Eberle will be responsible for pricing, packaging, ad operations, and demand operations across the Federated Media Exchange (FMX) and Federated Media Conversation (FMC) platforms, as well as content strategy and margin management.

Mr. Eberle joins Federated Media from AppNexus, Inc. where he held the role of Vice President, Global Accounts. In this position, he led sales and relationship management for strategic clients and partners worldwide, including Facebook, AOL, eBay, Google, Yahoo!, Zynga, Netflix, and others.
Prior to joining AppNexus, Mr. Eberle was Vice President and Head of Revenue Operations for Meebo, Inc. At Meebo, Mr. Eberle was responsible for building the revenue strategy, infrastructure, and organization that grew the company’s annual revenue from $4mm to a $50mm run rate before being acquired by Google in June 2012. Before Meebo, Mr. Eberle spent over a decade with AOL/Advertising.com in a number of senior roles across sales, ad operations, and client services.
