Rachel Meranus Appointed SVP of Marketing, Brian Miller Named General Counsel
NEW YORK - MediaMath, the creators of TerminalOne, the leading operating system for digital marketers, announced the appointment of Rachel Meranus as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Brian Miller as General Counsel to strengthen its leadership team as the company continues to distinguish itself as the leading operating system for digital marketers.

Meranus arrives at MediaMath with more than 15 years of experience driving marketing for a variety of companies across industries. She spent 11 years at PR Newswire, where she served as vice president of public relations and, most recently, vice president of marketing and communications. Prior to that, she was director of public relations at Pinnacor/MarketWatch (formerly ScreamingMedia).
In the newly created role, she will be tasked with bringing MediaMath’s message and benefits to online advertisers and agencies, overseeing all of the company’s global marketing and communications initiatives.

Miller has almost a decade of experience advising high growth public and private companies on strategic transactions. In his new role, he will oversee MediaMath’s domestic and international partnerships, affiliates and licensing, as well as potential M&A activity.
Miller joins MediaMath from EducationDynamics, LLC, where he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for more than two years. Prior to EducationDynamics, Miller was Senior Corporate Counsel at LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN). Miller also serves as Chairman of the Board and Pro Bono General Counsel for MOUSE, a New York-based non-profit focused on youth development through technology.
