Voice Assist will add mobile advertising utilizing Augme’s HipCricket® AD LIFE® platform.
The companies will jointly market the capability to mobile carriers, consumer brands, media outlets, retail and other industry sectors.

eMarketer estimates mobile advertising spending in the U.S. reached $1.45 billion in 2011, up 89% from $769.6 million in 2010. This year, U.S. mobile ad spending is estimated to grow 80% to $2.61 billion.
