Software Consulting Expert, Cross-Industry Specialist is Latest Addition to Strengthened Executive Team
HAILEY, Idaho – Marketron, the leading provider of business software solutions and services for the media industry, announced the appointment of Jerome Holbus as Vice President of Professional Services and Pre-Sales. In this newly created role, Jerome will lead the company’s consulting activities including media strategy, solution architecture, business process design and opportunity assessments, as well as training and solution implementation. In addition, Jerome will manage the pre-sales engineering organization of Marketron. Jerome comes to Marketron with over 20 years of experience as a designer, implementer and marketer of decision support solutions for Fortune 500 firms across numerous industries, and joins the company from i2 Technologies, a multi-billion dollar supply chain management solutions company recently purchased by JDA Holdings, where he served as Global Director of Solutions.

Prior to joining Marketron, Jerome served as Global Director of Solutions for i2 Technologies, which he joined as a start-up in 1994. Considered a subject matter expert on IT decision support, Jerome co-founded and co-managed the European, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business unit of i2 in addition to leading all solution designs for Global Fortune 100 accounts while at the company. In addition to i2, Jerome served as Vice President of Marketing at Newview Technologies and advisory roles at Sterling Commerce and Barclays Global Investors, now Blackrock.
