Industry Veteran Brett Cravatt Joins interCLICK’s Board of Directors

NEW YORK – June 15, 2009 – interCLICK, Inc. (OTCBB: ICLK), a leading behavioral targeting platform, today announced it has appointed Brett Cravatt to its board of directors effective immediately.  Cravatt’s leadership and operations experience along with his established marketing industry relationships will help support interCLICK’s aggressive corporate growth strategies and technological innovation.

Prior to founding Los Angeles-based direct marketing firm WebYES!, Cravatt served as the Chief Operating Officer of Connexus’ ad network Traffic Marketplace. At TMP, he was responsible for overseeing the P&L and was the primary product architect.  He directly influenced and guided the development of Traffic Marketplace’s business, and grew the company’s online marketing revenues from $6 million a year to $125 million a year.

Before Traffic Marketplace, Cravatt was a corporate securities attorney for Loeb & Loeb, LLP, where he handled a wide range of corporate and legal activities for both start-up and Fortune 1000 clients.  At Loeb & Loeb, Cravatt provided client counsel on various corporate issues including, public offering registrations, strategic alliances, mergers and license agreements.
