NEW YORK – MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA), announced it will release its first quarter 2009 financial results on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, after the market close.
Management will participate in a conference call to discuss the full results on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at approximately 5:00 p.m. ET. The conference call will be simulcast on the Internet at http://ir.mivainc.com/events.cfm.
