LookSmart, Ltd. to Report First Quarter 2009 Results on May 4, 2009

(NASDAQ: LOOK), an online search advertising network solutions company, will report financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009, on Monday, May 4, 2009, after the market close. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results the same day. The conference call will be hosted by Ted West, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Steve Markowski, Chief Financial Officer.
