- Slate Breaks Traffic Record in September
Slate, the daily online magazine, broke its traffic records in September with over 87 million page views, a 41% increase over September of last year. The best performing area of the site was news and politics, up 67% over last year. Business and technology also saw a significant increase, up 53% over last year, due in large part to the addition of technology columnist Farhad Manjoo and commentary from Daniel Gross, Moneybox columnist who also contributes to The Big Money, Slate’s new business site that launched mid-September.
