- Acacia Subsidiary Licenses Fraud Protection Technology to National A-1 Advertising
Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG) announced today that its subsidiary, Credit Card Fraud Control Corporation, has entered into a non-exclusive patent license and settlement agreement with National A-1 Advertising, Inc. covering a patent that applies to fraud protection technology. This resolves a dispute between the parties, Case No. 2:08-cv-06-DF, which was pending before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
