- Aegis Group wins with media services
Aegis Group reported first half results that beat those of its major global agency competitors, mainly supported by the growth in media services. With an organic revenue growth rate of 8.2% during the first half of 2008, Aegis outperformed Havas (+8.0%), Interpublic (+5.8%), Omnicom (+5.6%), Publicis (+5.4%), and WPP (+4.3%).

- 53% of Marketers Will Reduce Ad Budgets
An Ad Age article by Max Lakin discussed a survey from the Association of National Advertisers, released today. Fifty-three percent of those polled said they expected a cutback within the next six months; 87% said they’re already weathering the pinch.
